Hi guys

Love your work. Can I please get a quote to customise a few things on my website.

1. On the single product detail page, the image/s are set to thumbnail for some reason and it won’t seem to change.
2. On the single product detail page, when I click on “More products,” it clashes with the “Related Products” slider below.
3. On the single product detail page, can you please move the “Report Abuse” button up so it aligns with the social icons and can you change the button type to the same as the “Get Support” button type.
4.  On the single product detail page, can you please make the “Product Enquiry” input field larger so it’s the same as the “Reviews” input field.
5. On the Dokan Dashboard, can you please either realign or remove the tab icons as they are displaying in incorrect positions.
6. On the vendor store page, can you please realign the “Follow/Unfollow” button as it overlaps the “Get Support” button.
7. Is it possible to get the store filter and the column switcher (as shown on my “Marketplace” page) to display on the Featured Products, Products on Sale and Auction Products pages?

1. The issue related to plugin  Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce and when deactivate this plugin the thumbnail  work

2. Please go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Pagination > Number

7. I’m sorry these pages are custom page not category page and it not support show filter and column switcher.

2.  The text generate by plugin WooCommerce Simple Auction

4.  The plugin use below function to override WooCommerce Simple Auction

Can you ask plugin author how to remove function or override this function?

I got the width issue sorted thanks mate. Hmm, the external/affiliate product type is still showing in the dokan dashboard when you add a new product, I thought it ran directly off woocommerce but it might be in dokan settings, my apologies.

I will contact the plugin author of simple auctions when I get a chance and try to get a solution.

Also I don’t know what happened but I changed the title and permalink of my main marketplace page and now the products won’t show at all for some reason, any suggestions?

The authors of the plug-in got back to me and said we can adjust the sort option in “translations.” I hope this helps. They also realised how silly it sounded so they’re going to update it on their end as well.

I have another minor issue that needs fixing, if you could please look at it when you have time, no rush.

The margin on the vendor’s store page is out and it’s throwing the mobile version out too, could you please fix this.

Also is it possible to insert a spacer (empty space) above the search bar (on mobile view) on the vendors store page and align the 3 blue buttons (Share, Follow/Unfollow, Get Support) under the “Products” and “Reviews” button so it all looks a bit more neat and tidy.

Hi Josh,

I fixed margin on mobile and update align for buttons (Share, Follow/Unfollow, Get Support), it can’t move Share button under the Products and  Reviews because the HTML code of plugin. The author doesn’t separate to 2 blocks.  All buttons: Products, Reviews, Share, Follow/Unfollow, Get Support in one block.

1. I can help you make the sidebar full width on mobile. It now we disable click outside “X” button because when click on filter the sidebar auto close so we keep just “X” button to close sidebar.

I was just testing parts of the site and I noticed that the “Product Enquiry” submission is not sending an email even though it’s set up under Emails>woocommerce.

Also for some reason, I can’t add products to my cart or anything. Please help.

2. I helped you adjust “Share” button on product detail page
3. Some function of our theme can’t do like eBay.com.au, gumtree.com.au and Amazon.com.au. It better if you tell me details what you want.

The Help button is perfectly aligned when the terms and conditions tab is showing, thankyou, but unfortunately now it’s out of alignment with stores that don’t have that enabled. That’s a tricky one.see screenshot.

I just rearranged my home page and I’m a bit happier with it, although I’m open to suggestions on how we can make it better.

how have you been? It’s been a while, I apologise for the slow communication.

I’m needing some help with a minor problem. On my Dokan vendor dashboard, I have integrated their Badge module, but a few things need to be adjusted.

– the icon is not showing properly on the side nav bar

– the badge search bar is not showing the full placeholder

– the “view” button is not showing properly.

– if possible, could you please also change the subtitle text as it doesn’t really make sense. let me know if this is possible and I’ll send through what it should be changed to.

I hope you’re well. In addition to my previous post, I’ve just installed Woocommerce Bookings plug-in. I’ve set it all up but once I click on BOOK NOW, nothing happens, it just gets stuck loading. I spoke to Woocommerce and they said it seems to be some sort of jquery error from either a plugin or the theme that’s conflicting. Can you please look into this and try to find a solution. I apologise for the spam, I ended up figuring out what it was and solved the issue. It wasn’t because of rankmath at all, it was my product slider clashing when I removed all products, so I just deleted the element. I won’t need it until there’s actually products listed anyway. I have disabled the security plugin so you should be able to access it now.

On the main woocommerce page (Marketplace) , it only shows the first 3 subcategories from each category.

Also for some reason, I can’t upload images to new products, auction products or booking products. If you get a chance, can you please take a look.

Just an update, I’ve sorted the upload image issue, it was another plugin from the same company conflicting with it.

I still need to fix the mobile subcategory issue though, I wonder if it’s because there is no listings in the marketplace. I will keep you posted as soon as I know more.
