      Hi,

      1. Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image > and change product catalog image to 270

      2. Please use this plugin to optimize image https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/

      3. Use this cache plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/redis-cache/
