Claue Theme issue

We started facing issue with loading images 2 weeks ago.

additional products don’t load the images when “load more” is checked.
we have checked everything, the SG the server, plugins and we found out that the problem is with the PHP Version not being compatible with the theme, and that we cannot update the site.

I have been told to ask you to update the version, and to make sure the site is actually compatible with the updated version.

Please try go to SG setting and turn off lazy load image option.

Updating failed The theme is at the latest version….

Can you confirm is the 2.1.7 is the latest version?
