You can add custom css

.flex.between-xs.middle-xs.price-review {
border-bottom: 1px solid #dedede;
padding-bottom: 20px;
}
ul.swatch .swatch-item:hover, ul.swatch .swatch-item.selected {
border: medium none;
}
