Decrease Space between Slider and block

Hi again,  i have added Layer slider instead of default slider. Now there is some space between the slider and the block below that slider and i want to decrease that space as it isn’t looking good in mobile view. How can i do that? have a look at my home page http://www.kashmiragro.com/

Please edit the row and column wrap content and reduce margin and padding number. http://take.ms/tsG0Q

By default the margin and padding of page builder is 35px
