Double scroll bar after activating footer elementor

Hi. your help please.
Since activating the elementor footer, there have been problems with the header of my page. It was first hidden behind my elementor content, but I fixed it by scrolling down the content. and installing the header & footer plugin
(the problem only happened with the home page)
and i think it solved the problem but no … now i see i have two vertical scroll bars which makes navigation uncomfortable.

And also when loading my page two white side bars appear that look horrible.

2. Which browser you are checking? I check your site on Chrome and Firefox on MacOS it still work well.

Hi, thanks for your response.
Since I activated the elementor footer, the page has no header. even removing the footer template from elementor. The header is hidden behind the content of my home page. (This problem only happened with the home page.)It only appeared when you activate the stickyheader option and scroll down…
Nor did removing the custom footer of elementor return to its previous state.

The solution I found was to move my content down 60 pixels and the hidden header could already be shown behind. but it has two scroll bars, that is the problem and also when you load the page, you see two white side bars as seen in the photo that I attach

then install the header & footer plugin to install my custom footer.

Now I only have the two problems of the photos that I attach.
tested in chrome, firefox , safari

Hi, I have created a custom header with the header&footer plugin and now I only have a scroll bar.

 

– the problem is that the header did not stay with the initial design, the plugin does not give me customization options to copy the original design of the theme.

 

– the white side blocks continue to appear when loading the page.

Your computer is configured to hide the scroll bar. please enable it in show (mac / system preferences / general)
please i need your help with:
– remove double scroll bar
– remove two white side blocks that appear when loading the page.

I use default setting of Mac don’t know where to show scrollbar? Which MacOS version you’re using?

Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS to fix first issue. The second issue i don’t see

Hi. Clear your browser’s cache so you can see what I mean by the side blocks. when loading the page that appears.
I have tested it in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Also on mobile.

It cause by delay time to video play please try add image background same with grey background appear on the first time load to make it full https://prnt.sc/sjmxuc
