      Hello, I bought a product from you by Envato, it is the Gecko – Powerful Ajax WooCommerce Theme for WordPress and I am facing some problems with it a long time ago, practically since I installed it on the 21st of November, 2019. I tried to solve the problem in every way and nothing works. I checked with the support of plugins and also with the support of my server all possible ways to solve it. In my tests I deactivated all plugins including removing them permanently from the plugins folder leaving only the template but the problem persisted. Then I disable the template and the problem is gone. So we arrived at the conclusion, my hosting I and plugin supports that the problem would be the template. So I would also like to request your support to get a definitive resolution of the problem. Because I’m already 3 months late on my project because of this problem. Below is the printscreen I face when I try to edit, post new products, edit products, edit pages, customize my template or even a simple visit to my website. It is really a persistent and unbearable problem that can make me lose my customers. So now I´m asking for help from your support. Thank you a lot for your attention.

      Sorry because inconvenience.

      I’m not sure why the issue have on your site. Please try plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/ and active plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ on your site.

      I check other theme it have same problem when edit any product many times not only our theme.

      I saw you are making chanages there and I did the same today and I discovered other thing also when woocommerce is deactivated I don´t have this problem…
      Anyway I´ll talk again with my supporte server to see wich solution they have about all of it.
