  Hi,
  
  I have used Facebook for Woocommerce plugin and I have a issue with AddToCart event. Even the event appears to be active in my Facebook Dashboard, it dosen’t record events and it is not detected by Facebook Pixel Helper Extension.
  
  Can anyone who met the same issue helping me to resolve it?

  Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behavior and uncheck 2 last fields.

  It works now but… after I made this setting the cart window that have appeared after a user add a product in cart has been disappeared and this will affect my conversion rate.

  Yes, because the Pixel tracking doesn’t support Ajax Add To Cart. Because Ajax Add to Cart doesn’t reload page or redirect.
