Flip Product Thumbnail & Check out page problem.

Hi,

After i upgraded my wordpress, the Flip Product Thumbnail & check out page have some problem.

Flip product doesn’t work and the check out page some customer have facing problem which the check out page disappear . but some customer can view , no problem with that… can help check and fix. ?

1. Please go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Enable Flip Product Thumbnail

2. I Checked your site, the checkout page still work well https://tppr.me/DHrnvu please try clear cache on your site or open your site on Incognito Window.

1 – We already enable the flip product but seem it’s still no function on that. Kindly refer to the attachment as the screenshot.

 

2 – The check out page, yes some people able to view it, but some people can’t, our few customers has feedback to us that, they can’t view it after logged in, can help to check into it ?

sorry for late reply, i found out the flip product doesn’t working might be is due to about the attribute / variations.

When i set both color & size in attribute, the flip product no working, if only one either color / size, the flip product is working. So what can we do now? or you still need to access in to check ?

No, my team no do anything with the theme.

I guess is the Attribute this part conflict, i found out if the product only put one color, the flip is working, if put more than one color, then is not working… maybe you can go for this way to check ?

As i know that ” jacmiki” is full access, you can’t edit the code might be is caused of the security.

May i know which part code that you want to edit ?

I’m sorry because inconvenience, we update our theme one year ago to fix color swatch on product listing page and disable flip thumbnail image to make product color’s image change when user click on any color https://tppr.me/JZcsDM

I’m sorry about that feature not work with product color use color swatch
