  1. For top menu please go to Appearance > Menu > Select Menu “Main Menu” http://prntscr.com/mlk6md and change to yours
  
  2. For 2nd menu please go to Appearance > Widgets > WooCommerce Categories Menu Sidebar and remove “Product Categories” widget
