Image … to place it below the menu

I have two issues I would like to resolve

1/ I was wondering how I can make the image below the menu, as you can see the image is always hiding the face.  https://prnt.sc/OrDQ8Qze9OfL

2/ How do I change the colour from black to white on the menu … in all pages (I think its in all pages)
