Importing data from a previous support theme

Hi, is there a way of importing a WordPress xml export from a previous support theme (these have exported as posts) ? I’m only able to figure out how to import my file as posts, and your theme needs them to be ‘knowledge-base’ articles from them to appear under knowledge base, not posts. Thanks

Please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/ and edit post and change post type to KnowledgeBase
