input font colour in sign up to our newsletter in footer

Hi

How do I change the input font colour in the Sign up to our News letter in the Footer 4 area. I have tried adding

<font color=”white”> in the code of the mailchimp for WP but it is not working. Is there anything you can recommend. The background of the footer is the same colour font as the main body text colour.

Please add below code to JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

#jas-footer .signup-newsletter-form input.input-text {color: #fff;}
