Issues while updating WooCommerce

Hello

As reported earlier, i am still having issues if i try to update woocommerce from backed. I am getting following errors

 

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Widget’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-price-based-on-countries/includes/class-wcpbc-widget-country-selector.php on line 15

So i have to update woocommerce manually by downloading a package and then uploading it via FTP.
Can you please fix this error.
