      Hi, I have a problem with the cart function and the plugin YITH Product Add-on.

      1. If I turn on the option Claus Options/Product Detail/Miscellaneous/Popup the Extras (Addons) are not shown in the cart after clicking “Add to cart”. Only the original price of the product is shown.
      2. If I turn on the option Claus Options/Product Detail/Miscellaneous/Slide Sidebar then it works, but the slide sidebar doesn’t work. The screen gets grey and I see no cart.

      The support of YITH already checked it and wrote:

      Hi there,

      Thank you for contacting us.

      The problems seems related to the Ajax add to cart feature of the theme.
      If I try to change theme options and use the “Add to cart behavior: Slide sidebar” it will add the options to the cart, I’ve attached a screenshot.

      Hi Chen,

      Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behavior and uncheck 2 last fields related to Ajax.

      thank you. I did, it works, but now I have no pop up and no slider. I want to have the slider.  Thanks

      Yes, the feature slide sidebar need Ajax while plugin not support Ajax.

      Are there another possibilities to solve this problem? With another add-on plugin maybe? Thanks

      We checked more add-on plugin. And all of them not support Ajax.

      If you need add-on for product you have to turn off Ajax option.
