Howdy,
I just purchased your awesome HelpDesk theme, and installed the theme demo data. For some reason, the list of Knowledge Base articles DO NOT appear on the /knowledge-base/ page as they do in your demo at http://janstudio.net/helpdesk/knowledge-base/
I’ve reset and regenerated Permalinks to no avail.
Did I miss something?

Hey! Thanks for the rapid response – as it turns out, all I had to do was add the Categories for Videos and Knowledge Base, and the stuff populated.
