I would like to remove the nav menu bar from my site.

Please go to Appearance > Menu > Select Main Menu and uncheck in Primary Menu http://take.ms/uVeQh

You mean you want hide hamburger menu button on mobile or change navigation to hamburger menu button on mobile?

Please add below code to JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.jas-push-menu-btn {display: none;}
