  I try to create a new menu and set is the primary. Even though it works in mobile, it doesn’t on desktop.

  Hi,
  
  It now you using header layout 2 for your site, you have to edit Left menu and right menu.
  
  To use same menu with mobile menu, please change header layout in Theme Option > Header
