  I help you make sub-menu full-width by add class .header-4 to outer width of panel width http://prntscr.com/lnea2a
  
  Please go to Menubar to change menu style.

  I would like to make the menu menu content is in the center of the full with sub menu like https://www.bardot.com/ . And also, The first column of submenu will align with the parent menu.
