  The menu at the top of the page is showing on desktop properly. However, the menu is blank on the mobile version so clients now not navigate through the pages on mobile devices.

  Sorry because inconvenience.
  
  Please create new menu and assign to main menu primary menu with all menu of left menu + all menu of right menu, it will show on mobile.
