No Favicon and Currency Converter displaying in Customization

I still have some few problems with this theme. I can’t locate the code, check boxes for my currency converter and where to upload my Favicon in customization.

Please help out.

I have fixed the problem for you, please check. Regarding speed score, I have just checked and I see some issue caused by the 3rd-app, please consider to remove the app if you don’t use them.
