      Dear JanStudio we found an issue concerning product page. When you go select size before choosing amount of shirts you want, then the amount of shirts you want to buy dissapears.

      Also another matter, when inserting: [jas_google_maps marker=”true” address=”Calle Argenteria, 7, 07001 Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares” z=”18″ w=”700″ h=”400″] following these steps:

      – Create new page and switch to Backend Editor mode, after that add element Google Map

      – After add Map, switch back to Class Mode and copy all content

      – Navigate to JanStudio theme option / WooCommerce / Product Detail Setting / Shipping & Return Content: paste code into here

      It’s just shows a white window and no map appears.

      Does you site using a plugin for admin permission, we check your but only have permission to view but can’t edit anything, so we can’t see detail of issue.

      If you use plugin to set permission for admin pls try deactivate this plugin.

        Im sorry for this, I have been looking for the error online and I found this:

        The server configuration file may have a code which redirects non-trusted users (IP Addresses) on 404 page. This problem may occur on VPS servers. Here is an example which explains the same:

        The webmaster has added a line of code to redirect all IPs other than his to a 404 error page.

        If your IP has been changed, you will not be able to access the login or admin pages of your site.

        I think that might be the problem, anyways, I find teamviewer a good option despite that I have to go at the moment, it would have to be in another moment. How do we arrange to do this?

        Dear JanStudio, in order to refresh the issue the thing was that the code: [jas_google_maps marker=”true” address=”Calle Argenteria, 7, 07001 Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares” z=”18″ w=”700″ h=”400″] didn’t work for us in the JanStudio theme option / WooCommerce / Product Detail Setting / Shipping & Return Content. When tried to open that page doeesn’t show up map and the window can’t be closed.

        We connected with TeamViewer and you checked all the things, but after that I haven’t got an answer of what’s excatly wrong or if to wait for an update or unfixeable…

        I don’t know now exactly what is the next step, waitint to hear your answer.

      You can delete exist plugin “Jas-Addon” and reinstall again to fix the issue.
