Pop-up Mailchimp 'Oops something went wrong'

Good afternoon,

First of all, fantastic template. Everything works fine! The only thing that doesn’t seems to work is the pop-up while not logged in on WordPress. Testing when logged in works fine! The submitted email adres and marketing automation works good. But when logged out on the wp-admin, there’s a error. Strange since the section on the footer is working well.

Can you please have a look at it?

Hi,

This have issue with the popup you created, now it can’t touch maybe this issue.
I create new popup and it now work well.

I also do this
Open wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-popup/includes/newsletter-integration/Mailchimp.php

Line 77 change this:
add_action( 'wp_ajax_ypop_nopriv_subscribe_mailchimp_user', array( $this, 'subscribe_mailchimp_user'));

for this:
add_action( 'wp_ajax_nopriv_ypop_subscribe_mailchimp_user', array( $this, 'subscribe_mailchimp_user'));

Hello! I have changed the line as you show above but still it is not working. I changed the spelling error “ops” to “oops” but it is not showing up. Being a long time wordpress user, this has my stymied. Any ideas?

Please try go to Loco Translate > Plugins > YITH WooCommerce Popup > Create New Language > English_Us and search string and change the text as you want.

Hi Kevin,

The code you added fix for mailchimp.

It now you’re using Custom Form so the code not work

Please change setting in Dashboard > Popups and change from Custom Form to Mailchimp
