Problems on mobile itens image

there is a problem in mobile items images. Some products show the images without the carousel theme design. See the example: https://prnt.sc/nuwaxo (the correct way is: https://prnt.sc/nuwh37)

As you can see in the example, product images lost the format and are showing one below the other breaking the mobile user experience. This happens on mobile versión. The desktop version work right. I try all caches plugins system but the problem persists.

How could fix it? to show the images of an appropriate way.

This because the layout of product you set is layout-3 or layout-4 it not work on simulator but when you check on real device it will show as carousel.

Sorry Harry,

This is not the problem, please check it. I check it in 4 mobile devices 3 browsers. REAL life. And also the screenshot are from a mobile chrome updated real device.

And also you can check it to (i send the url in this same form). And see that the image of the link its not show as carousel.

Its some about how this item its cached (I tried 4 cache plugin before the report, and It’s the same problem with everyone).

You can see the same problem in desktop browser if you reduce the size of the tab (see image attach). If like if cache take desktop browser version and there are something for make this carrusel on mobile that are not cached. How could fix it?

I KNOW THAT!!… its what I said you.

BUT THIS IS NOT A CACHE PROBLEM… ITS YOUR THEME PROBLEM!.

I know that if we remove cache the mobile version work but this that means that your theme doesn’t support ANY CACHE PLUGIN?

if it´s so we have to quit your theme and change for another that work normally because we can´t have a serious woocomerce shop without cache.

The problems persist with every cache tested and we tested the 4 most popular…

Please could you fix the part that makes the carousel on mobile so it could work in a normal woocommerce shoop or not?

seriusly the answer of empty cache its very offensive because after writing support we make a lot of test and try all cache plugin normally used in woocomerce stores. And the problem its in your theme. RUN A WOOCOMMEERCE WITHOUT CACHE ITS NOT A FACTIBLE OPTION.

Hi,

I don’t understand why you said our theme not support cache plugin.

When you update theme, plugins and deactivate a plugin. You need have to clear cache to update state of your site.

If after you clear cache the product layout of our theme doesn’t work. You can said “Our theme doesn’t support cache plugin.

I clear cache and the product layout work, and after that cache plugin still enable and your site work normal, the issue you have before disappear.

If you have deactivate cache plugin to make function work. You can say “Our theme not support cache plugin”.

When you clear cache, theme works (0% web on cache)

When start to generate cache website dont work (layout 3 and 4)… because the version cache its not working on mobile. It dont make the carousel. 

We are weekends testing it. and desactive all plugins until here…

If we desactive cache. Theme works. if we active cache, when cache of layout 3 or 4 its generates ITS DONT work.

Perhaps after weeks with this we are not explain it well, but sincerely we hope some more interest in this kind of bug that could make we have to delete all the time and effort on your theme and change it be another… because we cant use any cache plugin.

Could you said why after layout 3 or 4 generate cache… the images lost the carousel format and show in this broken way?

I don’t know what you did before but when you deactivate plugin or activate plugin it will change javascript. and the javascript affect to layout 3 layout 4 on mobile.

You just delete cache and your site work, that mean the site still work with cache from this time. It only affect when you change any thing related to plugin or code that will change javascript. But not all plugins or code cause the issue.

You should follow that and let me know the issue have when you change which plugin, that will help to find solution.

You can use any theme and any plugin, but no one can say that their theme work well with all plugins without any problem while plugin’s author sometime change their code.

I open your site on 4 devices ( 2 iOS and 2 Android). And check your site on Safari, Chrome on iPhone and Opera, Chrome on Android. It still work well.
