Product Add-On (File Upload) not adding to cart

We are having an issue adding items to the cart when attempting to purchase an item that has the Add-On for file upload.  this is absolutely crucial for the business model, so any help you can provide in getting this resolved is greatly appreciated.  I reached out to the Product Add-On developers for support, and they have confirmed it is a Gecko issue.

Hi,

The issue because the plugin doesn’t support Ajax Add To Cart, you can solve by go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Add to cart behavior and uncheck all fields
