      Hello,

      I choose “Woocommerce Sidebar Filter” in the Product details settings but the generic Woocommerce sidebar is shown instead.

      Also, WPBakery needs to be updated on your side.

      1. The Filter function only work on shop page or product category page.

      2. Please follow this topic to update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

      After that you can update wpbakery page builder plugin.
