      Hello ,

       

      I am trying to put a promotional banner in 1 column configuration but the banner loose all quality in the page vizualization , what is the right size?

      Hi,

      Could you take a screenshot where the banner you put?

      If you want banner in one column i recommend use the photo have min-width is 1920px

      Hi,

      This issue because plugin Imagify optimize the image size and change max size of image is 1024px. I change setting and upload media it now ok.
