      please arrange for the refund as this theme is having a lot of issue. not usable, also the support not willing to help as we provide the credentials and asked for a check. they can just reply that it is working fine and not helping at all.

      please refund and i would rather choose other theme.

      We check your site when you sent and you forgot activate plugins so it show errors. When I activate all recommend plugins your site work well.
