Remove Price £0.00 for Email Meta Tags & CehckOut Page

Hi,

Can you help me remove the price amounts of £0.00 for the meta titles in the email receipt and checkout pages and order confirmation page.
E.G.

Contact Email
Donor Type
GAD – Yes

All of these should have a dash – in the price field.

I Hope you can help with this

 

Order confirmation page

 

The checkout page has it for GAD and Contact —
But not for Donor Type.

 

 

I hope you can help as the price in these fields dos not make scene.
