sale products, newest products, top purchased products not shown

Hi,

I think the products page builder doesn’t work well. It doesn’t show the top purchased, sale or new products, just normally the products. Could you check it for me?

http://cascara.hu/szabokalyha/akcios-termekek/ – sale products, but shows product randomly, not sales

http://cascara.hu/szabokalyha/ujdonsagok/ – shows all products, not only new

http://cascara.hu/szabokalyha/legnepszerubb-termekek/ – top purchased products (I made purchases, but it shows product randomly, not those)

Hi,

I checked your site this is problem with WooCommerce.

I try WooCommerce’s short code in your site https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ it display wrong too.

Maybe it problem because PHP version on your site http://cascara.hu/szabokalyha/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status

Can you try upgrade PHP on your server to 5.6 or higher

I checked and saw you are using our theme for 2 different projects, as policy of Envato https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard you only can use one license for one project, so you should purchase another license and new project.

Hi,

I bought two licences, I use your theme on two sites (both of them is still not live).
I tried the higher php versions, and it doesn’t solve the problem. I can not ask support for this from the Woo, cos I don’t use paid extensions. I bought your theme with all of these. As I can see it doesn’t work well on your demo site either: http://janstudio.net/gecko/fashion/shop-left-sidebar/ (sale products – the ribbon… is not on sale). So it’s not only my problem, not php problem, I think it’s the problem with the compatibility of your theme and WooCommerce. Please, help to solve it.

Hello,

I switch to default theme “Twenty Seventeen” and “StoreFront” it display same as our theme, the page you see on our demo not sale page i think this problem of WooCommerce. can you check your config, sorry i don’t know your language so can’t understand your config.

Hi Harry,

Here, what I was talking about is that in the widgets the sales products are not good either: http://janstudio.net/gecko/fashion/shop-left-sidebar/  – in the left sidebar. I know that the page itself is not for sale products.

I changed the language of the site back to English, cos I’m sorry, I don’t know what should I check…

1. I see problem, it’s widget of WooCommerce. So we have to report this issue to WooCommerce

2. I added sample at this page http://cascara.hu/szabokalyha/akcios-termekek/

– Copy shortcode from WooCommerce https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

– Switch theme to default theme of WooCommerce in Appearance “StoreFront” and check your front end

You can check with other shortcode:

[recent_products per_page=”12″ columns=”4″]

[best_selling_products per_page=”12″]

I think it problem with WooCommerce and we have to report the issue for them.

Btw, I wanted to change the theme to the child theme, and then it changes the widgets, so doesn’t use what I already adjusted. It should use it, shouldn’t it?
