Sample pages

Hi,

I installed the theme and imported all sample data – all images are blank (image placements) on pages.  Is it supposed to be like that?

Also, how do you the display the homepage slide show in full row display? row is set to full row display and wrap content  checked/unchecked is not a solution.

I don’t want to migrate or install an entire other wordpress site, this is not how it should work to install the images as in the demo…

Hi Rob,

If you don’t want use demo content. You have to change with your images.

To set slider full width, please edit the row wrap slider and uncheck wrap content http://prntscr.com/o5hfv3

As I wrote wrap content unchecked is not the solution, the padding/margin still there.

By the way ,why is the pop up still working even after disabling it?

1. Please edit margin, padding in Design Option tab http://prntscr.com/o5hl2i

2. For popup
– Edit homepage and Scroll down to YITH WooCommerce Popup and choose “Global Settings” http://prntscr.com/o5hlk7
– Navigate to Dashboard > YITH Plugin > WC Popup > Enable Popup > Off http://prntscr.com/o5hm4i

If issue still there, please send us your site url and login credentials and check in “Set as private reply”

Harry, there  are no margins or paddings set for theses rows, this is the theme defaults settings as imported. Please check in your backend, you are using images with backgrounds similar to the margin background that’s why it appears “full width” in demo but its not really full width with other images backgrounds….

Hi,

Yes, we use the image have background same as background of the row. You have to add margin and padding value to override default style of plugin PageBuilder.

If slider still not full width please go to Meta Slider > Slider >Advance setting > check in width 100% option.

ok thanks Harry that worked – set Meta Slider > Slider >Advance setting > check in width 100% option fixed that.

Final issue for now, Why I can’t add/edit images to current slides? when I try to add image to current slide it give me a message:

“The requested slide does not exist or something is wrong with the current image. Please try again or remove this slide.”

Also, what is the “Media library caption”? When I create a new slide and copy the content from the old slide, it’s not displayed under “Media library caption” as in demo slide…

Hi Rob,

Please add new slide image for slider and copy caption to new slide. It now the slider doesn’t support replace image.

Please check in “enter manually”
