      I did everything that Woocommerce instructed to enable taxes.  Taxes are included, (enabled) on cart or checkout.  It just says (includes $0.00 tax) no matter if its same state.  I set it for all of VA and 6%, but not showing this calculated.

      Do i need woocommerce services to make it work?

      Also do i need Jetpack installed?

      2. Jetpack plugin not required, you check what you need of Jetpack to install.
