Sobre carga del servidor e imágenes no cargadas

Hola Janstudio, compré el tema claue e instalé el demo, pero ahora tengo los siguientes problemas:

1. Al instalarlo en wordpress 5.4.2 y WooCommerce 4.3.1, las imágenes del demo no cargaron, solo los nombres, borré algunas que estaban en la carpeta 2020, pero otras están en carpetas que no existen, por ejemplo de 2016, 2017 etc. y al tratar de cargar mis propias imágenes no me lo permite ya que menciona que hay problemas con el servidor, y ya no puedo continuar configurando.
2. Tengo 512MB de memoria física en mi servidor y apartir de que instalé el tema se consumen todos mis recursos y no sé si el tema requiere una mayor capacidad o cuales son los requisitos para su instalación.

Thank you for choose our theme.

Sorry because inconvenience.

The images on demo will be replace by dummy image because copyright.

1. Please you can delete all folder 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. These folder because the sample data we create from 2016 and WordPress auto create new folder when new year.

2. Our theme only need 512MB of RAM. I think issue because sample data load images from old year, it now you delete these folder, it will okay when you change image in content with your new image before delete folder of images, if issue still there please contact to hosting support to check issue with full load RAM.

Hi Harry,

1.- In cPanel the folders  (2016-2019) never existed only 2020, in the folder 2020 I deleted some images of the demo,  also I replaced and deleted all de images of the demo in wordpress (pages, categories, etc) like you said but when I refresh the media library menu in wordpress the images come back again. How can I delete them definitly?

2.- I notice when I try to work with the media library menu in wordpress  the process exceed my hosting resources. I think it´s due to point 1.

I mean FTP account not WordPress admin account.

Or please download file at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1WiKtb7n-e1NWdUdnhFZTZDZEk/view and upload to folder wp-content > uploads.

Hi,

I delete all dummy images. but the issue with hosting RAM still there. Please contact to hosting supporter to help you check the issue.

Hello Harry

I fixed the problem with de images of the demo, thank you, but now I have the following details:

1.- I want to show the header image and it doesn’t appear, how can I fix it? (I add image)

2.- Why in “Home metro” the images have a style, as you know, some small and some large, but when I upload my products the desing of that page is totally different, because all images have the same size . (I add image)

Hi Dialectos,

Our theme doesn’t support show header image background.

1. If you want show header background image. Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

	background: url('https://dialectos.mx/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Portada.jpg') center center no-repeat;
	background-size: cover;
}

2. To set large image for metro layout you need enable large image for the product you want show image bigger
