sticky header top

I would like to make the top header sticky the same as the main menu section,

see image: would like the top black section to be always on display with the menu

is this possible?

You can try attach file an install via Appearance > Theme > Add New

it works perfect, only thing is that on safari the header doesnt stick untill the page is fully loaded (video on page has to finish loading) but on firefox it works straight away.

It correct because it need time to calculator the height of header before stick.
