Strip Live mode not working

Hi when I enter the test codes found on Stripes website into the test fields found on my WordPress dashboard, everything works fine. However, when I enter the live codes into the the live fields the following problems start to occur when I am using my site.

1. when I click on a product found in my online store, the product page loads but the product image isn’t showing.
2. It doesn’t allow me to checkout.

1. Could you ask Stripe support for this issue.

2. I tried account you attach but can’t access your site. Could you check and send me update account.

Hi,

1. You can submit request support for Stripe at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe

2. You can use Paypal Express to enable Credit card option.
