Stripe Payment Gateway – Blank String

Hello,

I have been using gecko for a while, its a gorgeous theme, everything works great however I have had a few issues with stripe

I am using the Woocommerce stripe add-on for the payment gateway. it works most of the time however quite often returns the error

“Stripe Error.You have passed a blank string for ‘card’. You should remove the ‘card’ parameter from your request or supply a non-blank value.”

I have read online and most suggest that it is an issue with the theme, is there anything that I need to change to get this to work every time?

Hi John,

I think you’re using plugin Woocommerce stripe add-on for the payment gateway and some user have same issue like yours.

Could you send us temporary admin account as private reply. We need more closer check before give you solution.
