Hi,

I had bought this claue theme cos I really loved the demo and believed the features would be a perfect fit for my business.

the customization is not working as expected, most of the functionalities seems not be gotten right, so I sent a message to make enquiries about your services. to have you guys do the site directly, cos the developers are frustrating my patience and time. It’s been over a month, and we still can’t get this site together. And I keep sending emails from one error to another. Please I need help, and would appreciate information on how to go about your services because I’m really frustrated at the time.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching back. I basically want the theme in demo 6 to function as described. The developer who worked on it had lots of complain and troubles customizing the site.

The homepage is very tacky. I started off wanting the video banner homepage but that did not work.

The site speed is slow
the mail chimp pop up not working
I cannot add to the lookbook, the shop functionality and product descriptions.

The whole issues not getting resolutions  had made me request for your customization service. It’s been a month and I still don’t have a working website.

2. To insert video banner, please edit the row wrap video and follow this screenshot http://prntscr.com/lqubod

3. Please optimize your imageshttp://prntscr.com/lqufpk and install Autoptimize plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ to improve site speed

4. It now your site hanging in Maintenance please follow this to fix https://www.wpkube.com/fixing-briefly-unavailable-for-scheduled-maintenance-check-back-in-a-minute/

And i can’t check the popup

5. Please follow our document to create single pin http://janstudio.net/claue/document/#creating-lookbook

and add lookbook to a post, page, product description http://janstudio.net/claue/document/#lookbook-page

For Mailchimp popup, now you set display on homepage but in Homepage you disabled, please edit homepage and change YITH WooCommerce Popup setting to “Global Settings Options” http://prntscr.com/lquhqv
