Theme Issues

Hello, please can you help me with the following issues:

1. There is no backend editor showing when I edit a page. I used visual composer for years and now, the option does not even come up in the backend.
2. On product category pages, there is an extra title for the category. It needs to be removed.

I have included screenshots to both issues. Please assist urgently

Hi Nasan,

1. Please go to WpBakry PageBuilder > Role Manager and check in Post Types > Custom > Post, Page, Products

2. Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.tax-product_cat .page-head h1 {visibility: hidden;}

1. Please note that I did try this as well as a lot of what I found online and none of this works. Please use the log in credentials to assist with this.

I am referring to the first point, not the second.

You mean this https://prnt.sc/uishvl. Please remove code and go to Appearance > Widgets > WooCommerce Categories Menu and delete the second widget.

Hi,

This plugin conflict with plugin “User Role Editor” when i deactivate this plugin the WPBakery Page Builder appear.

Please deactivate plugin User Role Editor or check setting option of this plugin.
