Unable to access Home Page layouts

I have been trying to gain access to the Home page layouts within the theme, but I am unable to do so.

I have gone to Settings> Reading > Static page layout

However, the different home page layouts are not listed, only the pages that I have created so far.

Additionally, Woocommerce has not automatically created a page called Shop.

How do I rectify this?

I checked your site and saw you install on blank site, you need to import sample data content to do this http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/import-sample-data/
