  Hi there,
  
  I am unable to import sample data to freshly installed helpdesk theme with all plugins installed and activated.
  
  The choose layout dropdown only says Full Layout: and when clicking import a prompt warns of data being erased then instantly states import complete, but nothing actually occurs. Is there a solution?
