Dear Jan Studio,

I just  update my support,

I do find a bug in the Theme Gecko

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined at AddtocartFrame (theme.js?ver=5.2.4:760)

If you add to card with single products the product is not add to card (see underneath)

I need to solv this problem quick, because clients are not able to buy this single products. https://fcurban.eu/product/fc-urban-1-pack-london/

The error does not occur with subscriptions products as you can see, https://fcurban.eu/product/fc-urban-member-smart-london/

Thank you for renew support.

I check your site and see it now running outdated version of theme. Please follow this topic to update theme to new version. http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

Let me know if issue still there.

I update the theme and error still occurs

Did you try update other plugin?

I see WooCommerce is latest but other plugin still outdated.

what other plugin do you  mean? Can you be more specific.

Please go to Dashboard > Plugins > Íntalled plugin and check.

Hi,

The issue because your site remove footer. Please add #footer element for your site.

Hi,

I fixed issue on your site by change setting of Direct Checkout plugin https://prnt.sc/pq6yu1 and uncheck Ajax add to cart behavior on detail page https://prnt.sc/pq6ye6
