I think you should also fix the header text of upsell pop up cart.

I have added this code  for what I want:

h3.cart__popup-title.center-xs {
margin-top: -10px !important;
}

Is this correct? I asked this because I have not seen any - in the codes you gave me.

Yes, the code still correct. We not usually use “-” in CSS but it still work.
