  The issue cause by plugin LiteSpeed Cache. When i deactivate this plugin Variation Swatches work well.
  I tried install this plugin on our site but don’t see WooCommerce tab like yours https://prnt.sc/sbffan

  By the way, I disable the plugin and now it works well.
