  Pleas go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image > Thumbnail Cropping and change your ratio (width:height)

  I tried regenerate thumbnail on your site http://prntscr.com/m9wfme but it show error message, Please try deactivate plugin related media. Set permission for upload folder and try Regenerate thumbnail in Tools > Regenerate.
