  Hello,
  I have problems getting the widgets to appear in the footer properly. For example, if I insert the widget, custom menu in footer 3, this does not appear to me.
  I also set the theme with 4 footer columns but in the backend they continue to appear 5.
  
  I do not understand where the problem is.
  
  Please help!

  This issue because Cache plugin. I cleared cache of WP Super Cache, it now display 4 columns on footer.
