      Hello,

      Im having an issue with the ordering of woo commerce products on my site, more specifically the homepage.

      See my settings for the products section in visual composer.

      The order in the products is the correct order I want them in but on the front the products are not in an order.

      Not quite sure why there is an order by ID option then order by ascending right next to it, surely once cancels out the other no ?

      So far there has been an update for the theme, but I dont believe it address the issue with the filtering on the product section, can you adivse, on when this will be fixed.

      Hi Josh,

      This issue with default short code of WooCommerce, we try more but can’t find a solution to fix it.

      You can see this video to understand.

      1. In video you see insert 3 product with short code

      [products number=”12″ orderby=”id” ids=”4867,4869,4813″ order=”desc”] and

      [products number=”12″ orderby=”id” ids=”4867,4869,4813″ order=”asc”]

      It only switch position between product have id=4813 and id 4869

      Hello, that doesn’t seem to be working either as they are still not in the correct order,

      Im not using the [product id=””] shortcode and thats showing me the product perfectly but when I try and put it in a row with 4 columns it goes 25% width in the quarter column.

      Do you have a fix for that then I can just use the 4 columns

      Hi,

      This problem because your setting in Product Listing as 4 columns per row.

      You can check latest row and follow my short code to do for other row.

      Yeh that shows them 4 in a row but as specified at the start of the post there not in the correct order.

      The small products are in order but your products at the bottom are not in the order.

      Yeh that now doesn’t seem to be working on the home page please see now :/ ive added the custom css, but its causing the p[roducts to be full width accross the page.

      Hi, this code only work on the page you separate to 4 columns and one columns contain 1 product only.
