  Hi,
  
  I see that when I place a pretend order on my site that on the cart page the “free shipping” option shows up for countries I didn’t authorize for that option in the “Shipping Zones” area of WooCommerce. How can I remove the “free shipping” option from those particular countries that shouldn’t have it? Thanks.
