"Your basket is currently empty." issue after clicking "Proceed to Checkout"

Hi Support,

There is an issue in your theme, sometimes “Your basket is currently empty.” message is shown after clicking “Proceed to Checkout” button. Seems to have issue with ajax call: load_mini_cart . Have a look at screenshots

The version of theme on your site outdated, please try update theme to latest version http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

I have updated the theme, Clear the browser cache as well as server/disk cache and tested.

Hi,

I check your site and saw Poly Lang plugin doesn’t support Ajax add to cart, I disable Ajax Add To cart in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add To Cart behavior. It now work.
