Hi,

You can fix this issue by go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display > Product Image

Change product dimension to match with your original images ( make sure uncheck hard crop) http://take.ms/7hsqB

After that go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails

2. You can fix by add custom css

I check your site and saw you have more product with same image (it only different color, size) and you see it the same? http://visteme.mx/shop/product-category/lenceria

You should combine the product have (same color different size) as variable product.

I checked and saw you use YITH Infinite Scroll it conflict with function integrated in our theme.

I deactivate this plugin, it now ok.
