1. The issue with Portfolio will fix after you upload featured image for single portfolio http://take.ms/9J2kA

2. I try save the widget after edit but can’t success, it still loading. Could you try disable plugin one by one and check again.

I’m sorry for late reply.

I tried to disable Variation Swatch plugin and switch to default theme StoreFront, it have same issue. Could you try check with config of your server again.

Please try suhosin on and only change max_input_vars.
